Minty Magnesium Muscle Balm

Natural Menthol (mentha arvensis) combines with pure essential oils to absorb deep into the muscles and joints and relieve pain at the site. Magnesium Oil absorbs directly into the bloodstream through the skin, to relieve pain internally.

What does each ingredient do for your skin?

1. COCONUT OIL - Provides strong anti-inflammatory effects. It is a pain reliever, anti-inflammatory, and muscle relaxant.

2.  SHEA BUTTER – Helps sore muscles by reducing inflammation.

3. MAGNESIUM FLAKES - Contributes to flexibility and helps to prevent injury by loosening tight muscles. Without enough magnesium, muscles can't properly relax, causing cramps. Low magnesium can create a buildup of lactic acid, known to cause pain and tightness.

4. ALOE VERA GEL - An effective anti-inflammatory and has cooling properties.

5. AVOCADO OIL – Moisturizes and nourishes the skin.

6. BEESWAX – Forms a protective barrier over the skin, allowing the essential oils to absorb properly.

7. ARNICA OIL - Relieves pain associated with arthritis and muscle soreness. It is also used to treat post-surgical swelling and bruising.
